About Nzuko

Nzuko is a concept like no other. Born out of our founder Laurette’s desire to see her family feel healthy and thrive, this is a restaurant fueled by heart. Drawing influence from Laurette’s understanding of how food can make people feel, and her travels in search of new flavors and techniques, Nzuko offers the tastes of the Caribbean with the benefits of the Mediterranean diet.

The idea of marrying these two seemingly disparate cultures may appear to be a stretch at first glance. The common thread, however, is their joie de vivre. Sunshine, happy people, emphasis on quality of life, and great food and drink are central to both places.
